What PRO Installer Status Means for You
As a Panasonic PRO installer, we've been trained by Panasonic on the Aquarea range, we fit genuine Panasonic parts, and we can go straight to Panasonic's technical team if something unusual turns up on site. You get an engineer who knows the exact unit being fitted, not just heat pumps in general.
Installations by PRO installers can qualify for a longer manufacturer warranty than a standard install. Ask us for the current terms when you get a quote, as it's worth factoring into the overall cost comparison against other brands.
The Aquarea range includes monobloc units, where the refrigerant stays sealed inside the outdoor unit, and split systems, which need refrigerant pipework connected on site by an F-Gas certified engineer. Aquarea units can be set up with Panasonic's app control, so you can check and adjust heating and hot water from your phone — handy for holiday lets and second homes.
