Why We Do This
Pembrokeshire has one of the lowest rates of mains gas connection in Wales, which means most of the heating replacement work around Goodwick and Fishguard is oil, LPG or old storage heaters coming out, not a straight gas boiler swap. That's a different job — different pipework, different controls, and a genuinely different running-cost case for a heat pump — and it's the type of work we've built the business around.
We survey every property before we quote. That means a proper heat loss calculation, a look at your existing radiators or pipework, and an honest answer about whether a heat pump will work well in your specific house or whether a fabric upgrade needs to happen first. We'd rather tell you that upfront than fit something undersized and leave you with a cold house in January.
We started out with conventional boiler installation and repair, then moved into renewables as demand grew — and we're still hands-on with every job today.

Our Process
Survey
We visit, measure the property, check insulation and existing radiators, and calculate actual heat loss rather than guessing from square footage.
Design & quote
You get a written quote showing the system we're proposing and why, including any radiator upgrades or fabric work needed first.
Install
Most domestic installs run two to four days depending on the system and how much of the existing pipework we're keeping.
Commission & handover
We set the system up properly — flow temperatures, weather compensation, controls — and walk you through how to use it before we leave.
